Woman-Stirred Radio

Listen in to Woman-Stirred RadioOn January 12, 2006, Merry Gangemi interviewed Mary Meriam on the radio. Which radio? Look to your right - see that ad? Community radio, Vermont. Thus, Merry and Mary inaugurated Merry's new show, Woman-Stirred Radio.

Merry asked Mary some probing questions about life, literature, and the Woman-Stirred online literary salon. Mary gave a rousing live performance of her sonnet, Dear Diary, complete with an Italian barber, steamed green beans, and fluffy blankets.

On February 9, 2006, at 4pm (Eastern Standard Time US), Merry will be interviewing Julie R. Enszer. On April 27, 2006, at 4pm, Merry will be interviewing Jan Steckel. For now, Nicki Hastie will be posing for ads and designing ads and doing other fabulous supportive things behind the scenes. In the near future, Merry will be interviewing Mary Meriam again.

Currently, Mary only knows Merry in Vermont. However, Mary knows friends in British Columbia, California, and Washington, DC, who were listening to Merry interview Mary on Woman-Stirred Radio. You can listen too! Click here. Then look in the right upper corner and click on "LISTEN LIVE." That should open up your iTunes or whatever you use to listen. The sound streams in nicely even on a dial-up. Remember to turn up the volume on your computer.
